OUR SERVICES

All Essex Recovery provides professional vehicle recovery, breakdown assistance, towing, van recovery, and motorbike recovery services across Essex. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

• Our standard recovery service starts from £80. Final price depends on location, vehicle type, and complexity of recovery.
• All prices quoted are fixed and transparent. There are no hidden hook-up fees or mileage charges.
• Payment is required upon completion of the recovery service, before your vehicle is released.
• We accept card payments (contactless and chip & PIN), bank transfer, and cash.
• Additional charges may apply for complex extractions, winching beyond 20 metres, or specialist equipment requirements. Any additional charges will be quoted and agreed before work commences.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

• Services are booked via telephone on 020 3828 7723.
• If you cancel after we have dispatched a recovery vehicle, a cancellation fee may apply.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

LIABILITY

• All Essex Recovery carries full goods-in-transit and public liability insurance (£5 million cover).
• We complete a condition report with photos before any recovery. Any damage caused by our error will be covered by our insurance.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle identified before recovery.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or accidents.
• We are not responsible for any items left in your vehicle during recovery.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the nature of the breakdown.
• You must ensure your vehicle is safe for recovery and remove any hazardous materials where possible.
• You must be present at the recovery location unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
• You are responsible for any parking or congestion charges incurred during recovery.

VEHICLE STORAGE

• We offer secure overnight storage at our fully insured, CCTV-monitored facility.
• Storage charges may apply if your vehicle is not collected from our facility within 24 hours of recovery.
• We are not liable for any damage to vehicles stored on our premises caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Essex Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your information

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Essex Recovery and its employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
